I am a physiotherapist, clinic founder, and systems architect. I build healthcare businesses that work for the people inside them.

At Movement Laboratory and Papaya Clinic in Sydney's Inner West, my teams deliver integrative, whole-person healthcare across physiotherapy, women's health, and clinical movement. Two clinics with two distinct models, both built on the same belief: that lasting health comes from care that treats the whole person, not the symptom in isolation, and from clinics designed for the long game rather than built to burn through the people who deliver it.

Integrative care is more than offering multiple modalities under one roof. It is a coordinated way of working, where clinicians share insight, build shared treatment plans, and stay with patients across the seasons of their lives. Fertility through to perimenopause. Acute injury through to long-term resilience. The dots are connected so patients are not left to coordinate their own care.

The Clinic Project is where I work with founders who are ready to build the strategy, systems, and leadership their clinics need to run a profitable sustainable business, through Set to Scale Accelerator, Impact Mastermind, and CEO Weekends.

My work sits between two worlds that rarely talk to each other. Most clinicians lack business thinking, and most business consultants lack clinical understanding. I bridge both, which is how I can translate problems across clinical, operational, and leadership domains, and build frameworks that actually hold up in practice rather than only on a slide.

Underneath all of this is something simple. I believe businesses should support life rather than consume it, and that healthcare should support whole lives rather than fragmented body parts. It’s an ecosystem which houses the clinics I run, the founders I work with, and the model I'm building.

Dr Hayley D Quinn is a mindset and wellbeing coach, speaker, author, and former clinical psychologist who knows firsthand what it costs if you keep ignoring your own needs.

As the author of From Self-Neglect to Self-Compassion, host of the popular Welcome to Self®:Unmasked podcast, and past president of Compassionate Mind Australia, Hayley brings both lived experience and nearly two decades of clinical experience to the conversations women in business need most.

Hayley's work sits at the intersection of science and lived experience. She draws on her training as a clinical psychologist alongside her personal experience of solo parenting, business ownership, and burnout and recovery to help women move from exhausted and overextended to genuinely thriving. Her message is clear: burnout isn't a personal failing. It's what happens when the systems we operate in demand too much and we've never been taught to put ourselves in the equation.

Hayley is on a mission to change that. She believes that burnout is preventable, that self-compassion is a foundation not a luxury, and that sustainable success has to include the person achieving it.

Warm, grounded, and genuinely passionate about her work, Hayley brings both the expertise and the heart to back it up.

I've spent 20 years working behind the scenes with start up through to scale businesses, solving their most complex people and growth challenges. The first 5 of these were as a corporate recruiter and the last 15 as a trusted coach and consultant.

I've seen the same people problems play out hundreds of times across different industries, business stages, and team sizes. This means I know how to tailor best practice frameworks so they actually work in your business, not just in theory.

I've also built and sold my own businesses, so I understand the weight of every people decision when it's your money, your reputation and your growth on the line.
